Traffic-Television Automation Set-up Operator

Clear Channel Television is looking for a Full Time Traffic-Television Automation Set-up Operator.  This position is responsible for the day-to-day scheduling and operations support of multiple remote television channels.  Duties include, but are not limited to:

 

?  All Traffic Functions:

?  Formatting the broadcast schedule

?  Scheduling the programs and interstitials within the approved format.

?  Validating the broadcast schedule

?  Publishing and distribution of the broadcast schedule

?  Translation of program and commercial content schedule to Instructions for automation system

?  Confirmation of Automation Instruction and fulfillment in Multiple Remote Sites.

?  Reconciliation of the As Run-logs produced by the automation system

?  Troubleshooting of Log and Scheduling Issues related to Traffic and Automation

?  Other duties as assigned

 

Candidates must possess strong computer and data processing skills.  Candidates should have at least one year of broadcast television experience, preferably in Traffic, VCI experience a plus.  Candidates must be a self-starter.
