WORK FOR THE CIRQUE-Prep Cook/Cold Station

Only the best will do! Seeking experienced Prep Cook/Cold Station Staff to prepare the Cirque Du Soleil performers' meals. This is a great opportunity to see the Cirque from the inside. Two years previous Prep Cook/Cold Station experience is preferred; outstanding ability is required. Duties include salad bar and all cold food preparations, as well as station clean-up. Candidate must be well-informed regarding safe food handling techniques as well as health and sanitation regulations.

This is a five-to-six week temporary position, beginning in early September, located in East Boston, and accessible by the T (Blue Line). To be considered, candidates must be available for the six-week duration of the assignment, and have the ability to work a very flexible schedule, including nights and weekends. There is the potential for some 6-day (night) work weeks. To qualify, candidates may be required to successfully pass a criminal background check.
