Wedding & Event Disc Jockey

General Summary:
Entertain and manage the flow of weddings and events through superior service and attention to client satisfaction.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities: (*Essential Functions)
? Setup, perform & teardown at weddings and events*
? Develop client relationships and generate referral business
? Work well in a team environment and cultivate open communication with fellow service employees/vendors (event planners, disc jockeys, photographers, videographers, caterers, etc.)
? Provide post-event reports to management

Job Specifications: (Knowledge, skills and abilities normally required for competent performance in the job.)
? High School diploma with some college coursework preferred and 1-2 years performance experience (theatre, music, dance, etc)
? Must be able to lift up to 90 lbs.
? Reliable transportation and work ethic is required*
? Ability to troubleshoot computer & equipment technical issues
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills
? Strong computer, audio and lighting equipment skills
? Developed knowledge of music across the genres

Capture memories utilizing digital SLR camera technology at weddings and events.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities: (*Essential Functions)
? Leverage knowledge and expertise in photography skills to create lasting memories for clients and their families/friends
? Develop client relationships and generate referral business
? Work well in a team environment and cultivate open communication with fellow service employees/vendors (event planners, disc jockeys, photographers, videographers, caterers, etc.)
? Provide post-event reports to management

Job Specifications: (Knowledge, skills and abilities normally required for competent performance in the job.)
? High School diploma with an Associates or Bachelor?s Degree in Photography or a related field preferred and 1-2 years professional experience
? Reliable transportation and work ethic is required*
? Ability to troubleshoot computer & equipment technical issues
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills
? Strong computer, digital SLR, lighting and shot composition skills
