JOB DESCRIPTION:

We develop, produce and market entertainment, news and information to a global market. The company owns and operates a valuable portfolio of news and entertainment networks, a premier motion picture company, significant television production operations, a leading television stations group, and world-renowned theme parks.

Assign and track all house numbers within the Gabriel Traffic system and the promo databases (PID). Screen and review slates and tags for all on-air promotion before material is trafficked to Englewood Cliffs for air. Assign and track all house numbers within the secondary event system (logo bugs, promotion animation, and banners). Maintain Gabriel and PID Promo Database by coordinating monthly promo priorities plan. Assist with the scheduling of secondary events (logos, snipes) in webscheduler. Coordinate weekly and priority based on-air promo status reports for management. Maintain Database of screening reports for all movie and series for on-air scheduling information. Track and generate reports for all third party and sponsorship commitments (PGA TOUR, Barter, DVD spots, Sweepstakes). Create airchecks for networks for competitive reports and analysis. 
 
QUALIFICATIONS:

Working knowledge of the entertainment industry. Basic understanding of Marketing and Promotions. Educational background in communication, Film/TV or related field. Strong database skills for content management within Gabriel, PID and the secondary event scheduling system. Passionate about expanding knowledge base of the entertainment industry..
