Office manager and personal assistant to Wendy Cromwell, president of Cromwell Art, LLC, an art advisory and appraisal firm based in Manhattan.

 

Seeking highly organized, multi-tasking individual with excellent working knowledge of Quickbooks, Filemaker Pro, Word, Excel and Photoshop. Responsibilities include maintaining on-line banking and business accounts, creating and maintaining client files in Filemaker, liasing with outside accountant on quarterly sales tax reports and year end reporting. Daily coordinating with art handlers and framers, creating appraisal documents, maintaining office supplies, organizing office files, creating illustrated gallery itineraries for group visits, and in general, running the day to day operations of a dynamic, boutique art advisory firm which prides itself on the high level of personal service it provides to its client. Must be comfortable working in a quiet office and taking initiative. The part time job is approximately 25-30 hours per week, ideally spread over a 3 day work week. Salary is commensurate with experience.
