Help Carcoustics USA, Inc. be a leader in the Automotive industry by acting as the 2nd shift Production Supervisor who manages work flow; maintains quality service; ensures operation of equipment; provides manufacturing information; maintains safe and clean work environment; resolves personnel problems; and contributes to team effort.

Qualifications

Skilled at supervising work for a team of individuals with differing levels of skill to enable them to achieve performance and quality standards.

Experienced in maintaining a safe work environment in accordance with MIOSHA

Takes appropriate disciplinary action to handle poor performance.

Has excellent organizational skills. Keeps files and work area organized. Maintains historical reference and records data.

Manages time effectively and prioritizes completing tasks to meet deadlines.

Ability to expand job responsibilities, suggest improvements, and collaborate with others to generate ideas and improve processes.

Demonstrates ability to coach and develop people. Helps team members set and attain development goals.

Knows how to use manufacturing equipment controls and instrumentation.

High School Diploma or equivalent experience and at least 5 years experience in manufacturing 2 in a leadership position.

Makes effective use of database, spreadsheet, and word-processing software to prepare statistical and written reports for management.
