ACCOUNT MANAGER

INDIANA, STATEWIDE ACCOUNT MANAGER SALARY: $40,000 - $55,000 BASE SALARY PLUS/BONUS AND COMMISSION

EDUCATION: BACHELORS OR EXPERIENCE

CANDIDATES MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN ONE OR MORE OF THESE TECHNICAL-SALES AREAS OF THE TRANSPORTATION/SERVICE INDUSTRY IN REFERENCE TO SEMI-TRUCKS, BUSES, MARINE, OR OFF HIGH EQUIPMENT.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES/EXPERIENCE:

 

Will meet and/or exceed the revenue and ROIC goals as outlined in the annual business plan

Customer Satisfaction

Account Retention

Account Penetration

New Account Acquisition

Volume increase from local customers throughout CPSI network

Problem identification and resolution

 

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist Regional with the preparation of annual budgets along with sales and marketing goals for the assigned AOR

Analyze business activity and report findings as required

Participates in industry specific events and organizations

Establish sales call schedule and frequency of contact plan and travel as required to execute

Implement strategic sales plans for assigned Areas of Responsibility (AOR) to accomplish corporate goals and objectives

Review market analyses to determine customer needs, with Customer Support Managers, the members of the Service Complexity Entrepreneurial Team (SCT), RTM, and/or the Sales Manager

Maintains positive PR image to customer and facilitates problem resolution efforts

Other duties as assigned
