Account Executive - DC

Newgen Results Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of TeleTech Holdings Inc., and founded in 1982, provides dealerships with a complete suite of CRM tools. Our proprietary CRM technology houses vehicle data for 70 million consumers, sends out over 40 million letters, and places 40 million telephone calls annually.

Account Executive

The Account Executive represents Newgen Results in a given territory by selling Newgen Product Lines thereby increasing market penetration. The territory responsibility for this position is the District of Columbia and surrounding area.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Consistently meet or exceed sales goals by selling Newgen Product Line to targeted clients; mid to large Dealerships and Dealer Groups in assigned market area. Conduct full needs assessment and recommends Newgen outsource solutions as appropriate while demonstrating extensive product knowledge.
Actively participates in customer concern resolution and cancellation turnaround attempts with consistent support and service to existing clients. Solves existing issues and determine solutions to prevent further concerns. Demonstrate complete ?project management? over each account in their geographical area of responsibility.
Acts in the best interest of the company by applying stated corporate values and priorities to all communications, decisions, and actions.
Assist with the rollout of new sales programs/products by reviewing all material for accuracy and providing feedback for improvement.
Reporting on daily activity by maintaining timely, detailed and accurate records in Salesforce.com of visit activities and outcomes.
Displays a commitment to the goals of the department and the enterprise by demonstrating loyalty to the company and co-workers.
Grows and maintains relationships with local OEM field representatives within the given territory.
Provide continuing evidence of valid and unrestricted Driver?s License and appropriate insurance to execute travel by car as required.
Responds to corporate requests for information and follow up to support communication on a timely basis.
Performs other related duties as needed to support corporate objectives. Job Specifications

BA/BS or equivalent experience
Applicable quantitative sales experience
Extensive background in project management and direct selling
Experience selling to automotive dealerships
Understanding of sales forecasting and funnel management
