National Account Manager

Reports to Director, Account Services

Qualifications Standards:

? Must have 3-5 years of experience managing multiple accounts for a software or services company, preferably with the automotive industry.

? Sales experience and/or experience with web-based products or software a  plus.

? Must be willing to travel up to 75%

? Knowledge and understanding of dealer operations a plus (used and new vehicle sales, F&I, fixed operations, etc.)

? Ability to review and analyze financial reports

? Can proactively identify and resolve conflicts and issues. 

? Ability to multi-task, track record in managing multiple accounts on an ongoing basis.

? Knowledge of ADP, Reynolds & Reynolds or UCS preferred

? Must have good communication skills, both verbal and written.

? Ability to create and deliver effective presentations based on the audience.

? Demonstrates strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities

? Excellent client relationship building skills.

? Proven ability to work in a multi-functional team environment

? Self-starter and independent.

Description of Position:

? Identify, lead and implement dealer group best practices, initiatives, processes at all levels of group management.

? Analyze dealer group reports and identify issues and areas of opportunity.

? Provide feedback on ROI information and Best Business Practices.

? Hold Quarterly meetings with all levels of management for Dealer Group Accounts.

? Monitoring and encourage dealer usage of the American Auto Exchange / JMsolutions software and services to upper level management.

? Coordinate efforts of the regional Account Management staff to follow dealer group policies and initiatives.

? Act as liaison between National Accounts and all departments within JM Family.

? Managing customer issues / conflict resolution.

? Coordinate ongoing training and technical support needs for dealer group customers.
