Jack Young Personnel Services Inc. has been retained as exclusive search firm handling one of the most desirable General Manager?s positions in the country, located in the NYNJCT area.  As we represent this automobile dealership group, we are searching for a unique individual that will posses all the requisite technical experience to manage a 100+ million dollar asset, and also have a special spark that comes across as ?leader, innovator, motivator, mediator.?

 

This franchise will retail between 2500-3000 newpre-owned automobiles this year. The ?right? candidate for this position will create a business environment that will insure the result is 3000 automobiles as opposed to the 2500.  We are seeking a candidate with the most up-to-date understanding of BDC management, CRM processes, and multi-media marketing techniques.  In addition to the aforementioned variable end skill set, you should be equally comfortable stepping onto the showroom floor to assist your General Sales Manager, Sales Manager, or Sales Consultant.

 

Our client?s franchise is profitable and the business is very well capitalized.  Their superior reputation allows them to be most discerning in qualifying the best candidate for this position.  Your career history must demonstrate a steady progression of merit based promotions, with employment tenures that are five years in length and longer.
