 As an Analyst A in the Parts Division, this position will be the primary contact for parts return authorizations and all related phone inquiries.  In addition, the Analyst will handle all types of phone inquiries relating to Automotive, Motorcycle and Power equipment Parts. This position will support American Honda's programs, policies and procedures developed to handle dealer contacts.  Duties also include promoting the purchase of genuine Honda parts and accessories, maintaining the highest-level integrity when communicating with Dealers and informing management of any issues within the Honda Dealer network.

The qualified candidate should possess a high school diploma, AA degree preferred or equivalent job-related experience. 3 plus years of experience in a product related field and working knowledge of catalogs, manuals and special tools/measuring devices desired. Automotive industry experience is a plus. Requires strong communication and interpersonal skills. This position is located in Portland, OR.
