Assistant Auto Center Manager

The Assistant Auto Center Manager's role is to partner with the Auto Center Manager to ensure consistent, timely and accurate service delivery to customers by building a high-performance team and following established company processes and procedures.

Qualifications
To fulfill the primary responsibility of focusing on each customer, the auto center manager must:
- Perform as the primary customer service manager when in the center and, when absent, ensure that a customer service manager is on duty during all hours of operation.
- Focus selling, service, and support teams on constant, timely and accurate customer care.
- Deliver Speed & Expertise to the customer through day-to-day execution of all assigned duties by store teams.
- Assess service shortfalls and breakdowns quickly and put teams in action to remedy them immediately.
- Recognize, encourage and acknowledge excellent customer service.
- Demonstrate intolerance for substandard performance, taking appropriate corrective action.
- The auto center manager's job requires: One to two years of similar work experience and a valid drivers license. Prolonged standing and walking. Extended work time, typically 10-12 hour days and regular/frequent weekends. Ability to handle stressful situations. Extensive spoken communication in customer and associate relations
