Job Duties:
The Assistant Manager is involved in all aspects of the business including sales, inventory management, vendor relationships, and daily bookkeeping. Ensures a high performance and morale among personnel by effectively scheduling, training, and assisting individuals with the desire/potential for advancement to gain the skills necessary. This position will also have the technical skills to inspect, diagnose, and efficiently complete repair and replacement of automotive parts and accessories. Will fill in during absences for the Store Manager and perform work activities of all other positions as needed to maintain store efficiency. The Assistant Store Manager will proactively lead the store to ensure a successful customer experience.
