Our Manufacturing division is an OEM supplier of painted (base/clear) automotive components. 

 

Required:

? Minimum five years experience in various facets of plastic molding.

? Minimum high school diploma or GED.

? Technical knowledge of plastic molding and tooling.

? Thorough understanding of tooling, processing and troubleshooting.

? Experience with productivity and scrap data collecting and analysis.

? Preference will be given to applicants with previous supervisory experience.

? Must be computer literate.

? Experience with MS Office Suite.

 

Successful candidate will also:

? Have good customer service skills.

? Be able and ready to complete all tasks assigned.

? Be a self-starter, self-motivated, and willing to learn.

? Have strong verbal and written communication skills.

? Have excellent attendance.

? Be available to work overtime when necessary.
