Experienced Installation Technician AND Trainee positions are currently available in the Indianapolis and Greenwood, IN area. 

 

As a trainee, you would learn high standard installation techniques and if successful, become certified with ability to earn additional compensation per installation. We are seeking individuals who knows the REAL meaning of SUPERIOR customer service and enjoy working responsibly with minimal supervision.


DUTIES:
Inspects and protects customer?s vehicle from damage
Adheres to company warranty standards
Aggressively pursues collateral sales opportunities
Maintains proper installation procedures
Operates company vehicles properly and safely at all times
Maintains professional image and appearance
Controls and accounts for all manual work orders
Ensures proper information is on routing manifest and work orders and has proper supplies prior to leaving facility

Works flexible schedule to accommodate customers schedules

WHAT YOU NEED:
High school diploma or equivalent ? required
Experience working with the public - preferred
Valid driver?s license and acceptable driving record ? required
Ability to work with minimal supervision - required
Mechanical Aptitude

Previous Automotive Repair or Related Experience a PLUS

No repair/install experience required - WE WILL TRAIN YOU!!!
