Automotive Biller-Autoway Chevrolet-Tampa

DescriptionThe Automotive Biller is responsible for posting deals to the Accounting Department. Responsibilities also include issuing demand checks and as well as assisting fellow employees with various accounting duties.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Issue voucher checks requested by dealership personnel
Journal entries and General Ledger Reconciliation
Debits and Credits
Prepare reports, issue refunds and submit documentation for all transactions
Issue checks for returned drafts and checks
Other duties assigned by the Controller or Office Manager Required ExperienceIdeal candidate will have:

Dealership Accounting background
AA Degree in Accounting or a student attending college for accounting
Knowledge of basic accounting

Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
Strong mathematical ability
