We expect to you to be trainable and willing to learn.  We expext you to be driven for success and demonstrate commitment to our values of integrity and diligence.  We expect our sales team members to start out earning a realistic $40-60,000 a year.  (There is not a cap to the pay plan so your income grows with your success.)  We expect you to work hard and succeed. 

 

What this position is responsible for:

We are differennt than other dealerships.In fact, we do not negotiate the price of our vehicles.Instead, we give every guest the bottom line price up front.  This position is about learning product knowledge and building a relationship with our guests.  You will learn the features and advantages to numerous vehicles.  You will learn the strenghts and weaknesses of different financing options so that you can answer questions and recommend to our guests the best options available.  At Henry Day Ford, everything we do is to provide our guests with an amazing experience and outstanding service!  You will be taught to build a book of repeat business that will grow with you in your career and constanly increase your income.
