Career Responsibilities:Motivate current professional sales staff to achieve higher goals and objectives.Acquire new sales professionals to meet the needs of our expanding dealership.Coordinate with upper level management to develop a solid business plan that is in alignment with Toyota Corporation's visions.Design and implement a structured marketing plan to increase?revenues for?the dealership.Set individual developmental goals and achieve them.Maintain a current perspective of industry trends with respect to staff development and acquisition.Leading edge knowledge of current and upcoming industry products and processes.Outstanding proven ability to take over deals and close.Fluent in APB sales system.Knowledgeable in Reynolds and Reynolds, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Qualifications:Proven verifiable track record of sales growth, staff development, reduced staff turnover, solid above average CSI scores, and closing.Minimum of 5 years management experience.? Complete understanding of finance operations including sub-prime markets.Must reside or plan to reside in the Pittsburgh region.Background in used vehicle operations.You must be an outgoing and personable leader!
