Job Description:
In this position, you will be an integral part of the research and development of future automotive products by providing research-based information to guide and create new products for the North American market. Your responsibilities will include supporting other analysts, designers and engineers and/ or leading projects focused on comprehensive analysis of primary and secondary data, organization and planning of primary research events (e.g. focus groups, design clinics, online studies), understanding and reporting on consumer and market needs/ preferences, etc. In addition, you will provide insightful and actionable brand, lineup and product recommendations to management, development teams, and sales personnel in the U.S. and Japan.
Job Requirements:
Staff Analyst/ Planner: A bachelor's degree in a related discipline and/ or 2+ years of equivalent experience is required. MBA a plus
Sr. Analyst/ Planner: A bachelor's degree in a related discipline and/ or 5 + years of equivalent experience is required. MBA a plus
Excellent analytical, computer, communication, research, and presentation skills are essential.
