Business Development Manager

Boch Enterprises of Norwood Massachusetts, a National Leader in the retail auto sales and service industry, is seeking a Business Development Manager.  In this position, the BDC Manager responds to incoming customer telephone calls and internet sales inquiries and ensures that the dealership actualizes it maximum profit potential on internet automobile sales.

 

Essential duties of the position are as follows:

1.  Must be able to communicate effectively with prospects acording to their preferred method of 

communication and possess a thorough knowledge of all products and services available at the

dealership.

2.  Enters all customer information into computerized systems and reports. 

3.  Satisfies the automotive needs of internet generated and telephone customers by assisting with

vehicle selections.

4.  Reviews competitor's advertising for current prioce and availability.

5.  Must demonstrate to each customer a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.

6.  Has a general understanding of financing and leasing alternatives in order to explain specific programs

to customers.
