CLAIMS ADJUSTER (Technician, Service Advisor/Manager, Parts Counter Experience)

Dimension Service Corporation is seeking a Claims Adjuster for automotive mechanical breakdown service contracts. This position is responsible for answering phone calls from claimants and repair facilities; adjudicating claims payment based on contract guidelines. Applicant must possess work experience either as a technician, parts department sales, service advisor or manager, or automotive warranty administration. Customer service and communication skills with an attention to detail are a must. We offer an attractive benefit package, which includes health, life, dental insurance and 401K plan.
