Call Center Manager

"Our Client" is a Wireless Solutions company based out of California. They are looking for a sharp Call Center Manager for their Michigan based office with the following qualifications:

* Responsible for the call center's daily operations: vendor management, change management, and quality management.

* Managed cross functional teams to insure that the operational components of new business initiatives and marketing promotions were successfully implemented.

* Analyzed CSI data, forecasting and performance, and operational reports to continually improve operational metrics.

* Resolved operational issues using root cause analysis, allocating resources, and authorizing changes to operational processes.

* Bachelor's degree required.

* 10-15 years of experience.
