Position Title: Catalog Manager
Department: Marketing  
Reports Directly To: Director Of Product and Catalog Management
General Scope/Purpose of Position:

Responsible for over seeing the timely production and scheduling of all paper catalogs, year, make model reports, bulletins, new product announcements, and other publications. Lead  contact person for the communication, tracking and delivery of all electronic files (application, images, etc.) to electronic catalog providers and customers with electronic catalog systems..

6. Specific Duties:
Maintain and grow existing electronic catalog system for the production of paper and electronic data
Comprehensive knowledge of electronic and paper cataloging
Must have in depth knowledge of AAIA, ACES and other industry mapping conventions for delivery to individual customers
Strong knowledge of Year, Make and Model
Day-to-day interfacing with the data and product group to verify workflow and coordination of efforts
Strong communication and written skills
Strong teaching/mentoring skills
Strong interpersonal and motivational skills
Maintain ongoing communications with customers
Ability to develop, grow and maintain project tracking tools
Tracking of data delivery to customers and e-cat providers

Proficient in MS Office Excel, Access and Word and knowledge of FoxPro a plus
