Minimum Qualifications:

 

1. Have valid California driver?s license.

2. Have an upbeat personality and phone skills to build rapport quickly with inquirers.

3. Have basic working knowledge of internet and computer.

4. Have great deal of patience and tolerance and emotional strength.

5. A good reader and quick learner of process, policies, rules and regulations.

6. Good with numbers and paperwork.

7. Have good work habit and team spirit; pay attention to detail and not take short cuts.

8. Have high integrity and respect of customer?s needs and wants and company?s policies and assets.

9. Have good appearance and be a good listener and naturally courteous to customers.

Job Functions:

 

1. Respond to inbound phone calls and internet inquirers with intent to set up appointments.

2. Communicate with internet customers through email in a timely fashion..

3. Learn and be thoroughly knowledgeable on entire product line, new and used.

4. Learn, practice and master the word tracks.

5. Meet and greet the customers and introduce them to sales representatives

6. Assist in demonstration and delivery of the vehicle.

7. Make follow-up calls to all unsold leads, be-back prospects and sold customers per company policies.

Work Schedule:

You will be working on a shift schedule within the team. Be prepared to work on weekends.
