Customer Relations Representative - Yamaha Motor Corp.

FUNCTION: Provide timely and effective response to customer inquiries and/or complaints regarding products and service.


PRODUCTS: Motorcycles, ATV's, Snowmobiles, WaterCraft, Generators, and Scooters.


DUTIES:
Communicate directly with customers through telephone contact and also written correspondence.
Act as arbitrator in the resolution of concerns regarding product performance or service of products.
Evaluate customer requests for assistance and negotiate the assistance to be provided.
Interface with all departments within company to obtain the information necessary to make decisions.
Provide information about products including performance, promotions, and warranty.
Document all contacts on computer system.

QUALIFICATIONS: College Degree Preferred. 2-3 years experience in customer service, call center or retail environment. Exemplary customer satisfaction performance. Excellent written, verbal and analytical skills. Ability to solve practical problems. Self-starter, proactive, works quickly and accurately. Proficient in data entry and documentation. Salary DOE.
