Customer Service Warranty Specialist

We are currently looking for Customer Service professionals that have Experience with Automotive components / parts as they pertain to warranty items. OEM Warranty experience is required. You will be responsible for the processing of warranty parts and or claims. This is a long term contractual opportunity.

 

Responsible for the inspection of returned automotive components and parts. Process parts and warranty items according to company specifications. This could include Automotive Parts Warranty Claims Adjusting, and Parts Processing. Enter information into companies? proprietary computer application and or MS-Excel / SAP databases.

Communicate with dealership personnel, suppliers / vendors, outside and internal contacts via Email and or Telephone. 

 

Two (2) ? Five (5) years of experience Processing Automotive Warranty Claims and or Parts & Components for one or all of the following (OEM, i.e. GM, Ford, DCX / Automotive Tier 1 supplier, Automotive Dealership). Excellent computer and communication skills, along with the ability to work in a fast paced environment with minimal or no errors. College degree preferred.
