Customer Training Professional (Phoenix)

Job Description:
Using a strong technical understanding and well-developed presentation skills, this proactive professional provides a full range of software application on-site training to automotive dealerships throughout a specified region. The primary goal of this position is to establish an effective professional relationship that ensures customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Extensive overnight travel customer sites to conduct dealership software training Promote and sell service offerings Initiate follow-up visits to maintain customer relationships Provide ongoing support and problem resolution Maintain and increase personal knowledge of applicable product applications via training, documentation and self-study Lend expertise and input to cross-functional team initiatives  Perform all administrative and related functions as required

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in a business, education, or technical discipline or related business experience  High level of enthusiasm and organizational skills necessary to conduct training sessions  Independent thinking with keen problem-solving skills  Ability to adapt to changing schedules and multiple work plans  Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills  Able to travel extensively overnight; backed by good driving and credit records
