Dealership SSC Coordinator

DescriptionPrimary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Print FEV, financial, problem logs each morning
Process deposits
Post deposits/clean schedule
Get everything ready for the SSC
Process, PO, invoices
Follow up on past due invoices for vendors
Follow up on invoices in the new exception queue
Follow up on titles/registration for customers and lienholders
Follow up on lost MSO's
Receipt in money
Review deals to go to Shared Services Center, ensure they meet revenue recognition
Follow up on checks and where they need to go and make sure that the checks are printed that are requested
Petty cash
Sort and distribute mail (after gm opens)
handle customer issues Required ExperienceAt least 1 year of experience performing these duties in an Automotive Dealership environment. This is a MUST in order to be considered for the position.
