Division Financial Analyst

CTS Automotive Products, a rapidly expanding Strategic Business Unit within CTS, headquartered in Elkhart, IN we are currently conducting a search for a Financial Analyst to work closely with the Division Controller.  This dynamic position will report and analyze on the financial performance of CTS Automotive Products, taking the lead in facilitating and administering long-term and annual planning process, providing guidance and instructions (with SBU Controller's supervision ) to site controllers.  Will prepare monthly financial analysis of operational performance (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Monthly Metrics), identifying main areas of operational variance against business plan and forecast through concise, timely and logic analysis. Present summarized report to SBU Controller and company senior management.  Performs financial modeling and identify key drivers and risks to ensure and achievable business plan that supports growth.  Facilitate and administer strategic planning, annual budgeting and monthly forecasting process. Manage capital investment review and approval process to ensure compliance with company policy, analyze and monitor division spending and undertake ad-hoc projects on operations and financial issues as required by the SBU Controller.

REQUIREMENTS

MBA with at 3 - 6 years experience working within an analytical role in a manufacturing based company.  Must have practical skills in complex financial modeling.  In-depth finance knowledge and experience in the international marketplace. Accounting system proficiency.
