Driver/Porter Description: Volt Cincinnati has an exciting opportunity for a PORTER position in the Cincinnati, Ohio service center. The PORTER is responsible for tear-down, movement, and reconciliation of vehicles dropped at a service center by customers seeking Progressive's concierge level of claims service. The PORTER also maintains primary responsibility for overall site cleanliness.

Requirements:
A qualified candidate will have the following preferred skills:

A minimum of 3 years valid driving experience; minimum of 1 year customer service experience; Energetic; possess excellent organizational and analytical skills, work well in team settings, ability to maintain a professional appearance; possess a valid driver's license with an excellent driving history.

NOTE: A MVR must be run through Fleet to confirm the candidate's driving record.

The following citations disqualify a person from hire:

Drag racing, Driving with a suspended driver's license, Driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, Felony involving a motor vehicle, Fleeing or attempting to elude police, Homicide or assault with a motor vehicle, Leaving the scene of an accident, Other serious violation such as endangering the lives of others, etc.

Candidate must meet the qualifications in Progressive's Fleet policy both at the time of hire and throughout the life of employment.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Individual will work in a service center (office/shop) environment and will be expected to at times perform the following functions:

Lift, bend, stretch, walk, and/or crouch, Work outdoors in all types of weather, Safety and OSHA compliance required, Limited travel may be required in order to attend training classes or assist areas needing additional staffing, Individuals may be expected to work non-traditional schedules including weekends and/or evenings.

Pay Rate: 10.00 - 11.00 Hourly DOE
