Metal Manufacturing facility in the heavy trucks sector requires a strong professional

? Must be a licensed trade person

? Experience with electrical power systems, PLCs, electric motors, MCCs, robotic systems and welding robots

? Experience in a volume manufacturing environment.

? Knowledge of electrical codes and safety regulations

? MIG/TIG and resistance welding experience

? Must be able to design and supervise construction of welding fixturing and equipment.

? CAD/CAM experience preferred.

? Strong trouble shooting and problem solving capabilities. Robotics experience for welding necessary.

? Experience with aluminum a must.

? Able to work off-shift and have his own tools

Duties include:

? Investigate electrical or electronic failures

? Design electrical and electronic circuits, components, and systems (GRC,IMC,EMT)

? Repair, test, adjust, and install electric and electronic equipment

? Perform preventive and predictive maintenance

? Perform machinery wiring

? Conduct trouble shooting

? Install and maintain power lines for machinery and equipment installations,

? Inspect electric and electronic parts, and machinery to prevent equipment failure and ensure proper functioning

? Investigate electrical or electronic failures

? Repair, test, adjust, and install PLC equipment

? Prepare material cost and timing estimates, and design specifications for electrical and electronic systems and equipment

? Supervise and inspect the installation, modification, testing and operation of electrical and electronic systems and equipment

? Develop maintenance and operating standards for electrical and electronic systems and equipment
