Car Wash Manager

 

? Primary Purpose of Job:

?  The Car Wash Manager reports directly to the Car Wash Supervisor, and is responsible for uninterrupted flow through the car wash tunnel.

 

? Position Responsibilities:

?  Responsible for dealing with daily operations of the car wash.

?  Anticipates, troubleshoots and provides solutions to technical problems.

?  Focus on ongoing training of his or her staff of up four attendants.

?  Focus on maximizing the customers experience and building customer relations

?  Responsible for obtaining and keeping new Fleet Accounts.

?  Strong verbal and written communication skills

?  Ability to multi-task

?  Organized

?  Self-Starter and Motivated

?  Able to work weekends as needed

?  Works well with structure/Process oriented
