Help our staff be heroes to stranded motorists when we arrive to rescue them and get their cars back on the road.  

 

Club Assist is an International Mobile Automobile Battery Company contracted by AAA to provide Battery Delivery and Installation Service throughout the US and Canada.  In just seven years we have sold, delivered, and installed over One Million batteries in North America!  We are also providing service for other motoring organizations in Australia, New Zealand, Europe and South Africa.

FIELD SUPPORT SPECIALIST

 

You will provide training and field support to AAA Contractor Stations, direct movement of inventory through Warehouses and Service Vehicles, and act as a liaison between contractors, the AAA Club, and Club Assist.  Additional duties include providing rush delivery service and filling in for staff members.

 

? Conduct and supervise training to mobile technicians

? Perform and document training ?ride-alongs? with trainees

  after classroom training

? Assist contractors in field to resolve battery tester issues and

  handle contractors complaints

? Educate contractors on Club Assist warranty policy

? Deal with back order issues

? Assist Warehouse Worker to pull orders

? Serve as replacement service truck driver

? Assist Area Manager with short term supervisory tasks during his

  absence and perform special projects and tasks as assigned.

 

Required:

?  20-30 % Weekly Travel Required

Duration: 1 week @ the minimum for each travel assigned.

 

You will need:

 At least 3 years related experience (experience in Emergency Road Service desirable)CDL Class B Driver's License is a plus but not required.Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).Strong organization skills, ability to multi-task, and follow up.Excellent customer relations skillsComputer literacy a must (Outlook, Excel, basic PowerPoint).
