Field Trainer: Insurance Claims Adjusters Encouraged to Apply

We are currently looking for a Field Trainer to join our team and service our West Coast auto body shop and auto dealer clients. The position will be based out of the Field Trainer's home and will require 80% travel.

 

The Field Trainer will visit clients to conduct product field training for dealers and auto body shops.  They may also train consolidator groups, trade show attendees and internal OEC associates.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:  Conduct field training sessions covering specified areas such as product installation, activation, and product usage and refresher training, etc. This will account for 90% of the position responsibilities. Coordinate field training schedules with Product Management and Sales Management teams. Work with Product Managment to review product strategies, market roll out plans, and product features.

 

Qualifications:Ability to travel 80% of the time Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience required Minimum of 2 years related experience required.  Commercial product training or technical teaching experience strongly preferred Demonstrated ability to effectively teach/train others on complex material Work experience which has involved hardware, Internet, or software products strongly preferred Strong results-orientation and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed established goals Demonstrated strong organizational abilities Must have a high degree of confidence and professionalism Must be a superior  communication, both verbally and in writing Must have a winning, enthusiastic attitude and the flexibility Experience with automotive body shops preferred
