Financial Analyst II

BASIC PURPOSE:
Provide financial analysis support for engineering, marketing and manufacturing. As part of controlling functions, track and drive improvements to attain cost and productivity targets. Maintain and prepare records to ensure completeness and accuracy; bring inconsistencies to attention of management.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Cost estimating: provide analysis on new business projects through standard financial metrics (NPV, IRR, ROI, WIN).
Evaluate financial feasibility of various cost reduction opportunities and drive improvement in total plant performance.
Analyze data for make vs buy decisions.
Forecast and analyze sales/margins.
Provide project analysis and post audits.
Financial modeling.
Shareholder reporting: capital expenditure analysis, productivity, OG Model, NPA Model.
Participate in budgeting and closing process.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors degree in Accounting / Finance; MBA preferred.
Strong financial analysis and Excel skills required.
Ability to interact effectively with all functional areas and management levels.
High level of initiative and autonomy.
