Fixed Income Junior Structurer

Responsibilities include:
1) Creating Excel Based Models to Value CMBS Securitizations and Manage Value of the Whole Loans on the Balance Sheet
2) Buy/Sell Hedges to Manage the Risk of the Whole Loan Portfolio from a Market Risk standpoint
3) Working on live trades (marketing materials, documentation, structuring, etc)
4) Building database, create tools and analyze current and past deals to look for arbitrage (Secondary, Re-securitization, etc.)
5) Establishing and building contact with Rating Agency to ascertain valuation process to build optimization models internally.
6) Close contact with Sales Force and Clients for answering questions relating to deals in the market (Live or Secondary)

Basic Qualifications
Must have a minimum of two years experience in structured products.
Excel VBA Programming a must
Must have a four year bachelor's degree or international equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications
Strong Interpersonal skills

Team player

Bachelor's degree in Math, Computer Science, or engineering programming/math background, preferably w/ systems experience (Excel VBA Programming a must)
