Lead and direct all facets of design, marketing and sales

 

of custom fabricated dump truck shells.

 

Key abilities and responsibilities include:

*experience in production supervision desireable
*leadership to direct, motivate and manage a workforce of approximately 35 salaried and hourly employees.
*direction and eversight of design marketing, quotation and sales functions
*general understanding o basic human resources and accounting requirements an practices.
*strong communication skills especially with employees and customers
* reports to board chairman.

This is a hands on position that requires a self-starting individual who enjoys the satisfaction of accomplishing business goals and building and leading a team of employees.
