Pacific BMW, (est. 1982) the leading BMW dealership in the region is seeking an accurate and efficient Service Greeter for a fast-paced environment. 

HOURS (Availability within these times required, work-week is only 40 hours):
*Monday to Saturday 9 am to 6 pm

JOB DUTIES:
? Greet and welcome all customers when entering the service drive
? Escort the customer inside and introduce him/her to the receptionist or appropriate service advisor
? Escort the customer to the Cashier/Parts department if appropriate
? Facilitate and direct morning traffic on the drive and lot.
? Ensure waiting area is kept neat and clean and coffee is ready
? Ensure the porters are bringing up customer cars in a timely manner when customers are waiting.
? Ensure all cars have been properly washed before customer picks up car.
? Thank all customers for their business.
? Ensure the service visit went smooth and that we have earned a five rating.
? Perform miscellaneous tasks, projects & duties as needed.

REQUIREMENTS: 
* HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATE
* ABILTY TO GREET CUSTOMERS ON LOT AND IN SERVICE DEPARTMENT
* MUST HAVE STRONG CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS; MULTI-TASK
* MUST HAVE CLEAN DRIVING RECORD & CREDIT
