Inside Adjuster

Responsible for the investigation, evaluation, negotiation and settlement of assigned physical damage, property damage and minor Casualty Claims. Ensures that all assigned claims are concluded promptly, equitably and economically within the provisions of the insurance contract and in accordance with the damages.

1. Candidates must have a high school degree with a minimum of six (6) months of any claim handling experience or have successfully completed the education and job related duties of the Claim Adjuster Trainee position.

2. Must have good computer skills

3. Must have excellent planning and organizing skills.

4. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Some positions may require specific bilingual skills.

5. Must have the ability to deal with conflict
