Installation Coordinator-Dallas Texas ( Contract-6 months)

Job Description

 

Individual will work with new dealership customers, Sales Department and Account Management associates to gather information for Vehicle Management installations.  Coordinate with Installers, Account Managers, Sales Department, and customers on timelines and status of new installations.

 

Follow all steps of the installation process from contract signing to completed installation.  Review client data and provide feedback/examples to Data Migration team on all issues and necessary changes.

 

Qualifications

 

The Individual will posses the following abilities:Work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple installation files at one time. Analyze data for accuracy Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Ability to evaluate software and hardware compatibility to determine dealership technical readiness. Excellent telephone and customer service skills required.

 

Approximately 10% overnight travel may be required.

Automobile Dealership experience is a plus but not required
