The KMM position is a core field position, critical to the success of the dealer and International's distribution strategy. They are assigned to key dealers within a region and responsible for dealer development as well as key sales metrics including revenue, gross margin and market share.
Position located in Pacific Northwest region.


Basic Requirements
Bachelors degree or at least 5 years dealership operations or dealership customer service experience

Additional Requirements:

Knowledge of how to work the internal system (CRC, Manufacturing, Engineering, UTO).

Working knowledge of full product line.

Demonstrated success at relationship selling.

Minimum 3 years' demonstrated successful sales experience

Ability to travel at least 50%

At least 3 years experience at "structuring" deals (used truck, financing, warranty, parts, etc.).
