Job Responsibilities: The Light Automotive CAD Designer would be responsible to assist in the following areas:
-Basic part layout/detailed drawings
-Detailing of components and assemblies.
-Modeling of components and assemblies.
-packaging-section cutting
-Attend Design and Engineering review meetings by project
Required Education: HS with CAD training in CATIA V4 or 5, Unigraphics or SDRC
Required Skills, Training, or Experience:
-1 to 3 years of light automotive design experience in 2D detailing with some 3D modeling and related assembly drawing responsibilities.
-1 year or more of section cutting / packaging experience.
-1 year or more of "hands on" CATIA v 4 or 5, Unigraphics or SDRC CAD experience.
-Automotive interiors product design or tooling design experience is a plus.
