Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer/ Handle Line Department Manager

 

 

Candidate Requirements:

 
excellent team-building, communication, and problem-solving skills 
strong managerial skills within a manufacturing process
significant training and experience with electrical issues such as PLC's, induction units, and infrared curing 
experience (both theoretical and hands-on) with  steel tube mills, preferably MTM equipment; or powder coating systems with infrared curing, preferably itw/bgk equipment 
ability to perform maintenance on forming line , powder coating line and other machines involved in the production of finished mop/broom handles (must be hands-on/ willing to get hands dirty) 
proficient indeveloping and  monitoring quality standards utilizing basic statistical process methodologies 
willing to maintain a 10 hour work schedule daily 
preferably bilingual (Spanish and English)
