Skipper Bud's/Marina Del Isle, located in Marblehead, OH on the shores of Lake Erie has just moved into a newly constructed sales and service facility, in addition, we offer our customers a full service marina and restaurant as well.  We sell such top brands as Four Winns, Silverton and Azimut.  We service all manufacturer brands of sterndrive and inboards.

 

We are looking for a working Shop Manager to take charge of our dealership's busy service department. In this position you will manage a staff of technicians and equipment operators and oversee the day-to-day needs of the department. 

 

Responsibilites Include:Supervising service staffScheduling service techniciansMaintaining dealership quality standardsNew boat deliveries

 

Requirements:Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in the marine industry or relevant.  Previous supervisory experience helpful Good organizational skillsExcellent customer service skills are a must
