Family owned and operated new car dealership for over 26 years Fast-growing automotive group seeks full-time Business Development Coordinator to staff a Customer Contact Center. Duties include handling inbound phone calls/internet leads and contacting existing customer base by phone, mail and email to maintain and increase customer loyalty.

Responsibilities: Create and maintain excellent relationships with our customersMaintain strong knowledge base of all new vehicle makes and modelsFollow up on all sales leads from a variety of sources (phone, walk-ins, newspaper ads, referrals, etc.)Work with New Car Sales Managers to ensure individual and department sales goals are met

 

Requirements: Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industrySuperior communication and customer service skills Excellent follow-through skillsUnderstanding of manufacturer?s specificationsFamiliarity with automotive financingMaintaining a positive, can-do attitude
