Our Manufacturing division is an OEM supplier of painted (base/clear) automotive components. 

 

Required:

? Complete knowledge of managing automated production paint systems with emphasis on continuous improvement, problem solving and improved performance.

? Excellent problem solving skills (Shainin Red X, Tragoe, Black Belt projects.

? Knowledge of injection molding and its effects on painted surfaces.

? Minimum fifteen years experience in plastic injection molding.

? Minimum high school diploma or GED.

? Preference will be given to applicants with previous supervisory experience.

? Experience in color development helpful.

? Must be computer literate.

? Experience with MS Office Suite.

? Be able and ready to complete all tasks assigned.

? Be a self-starter, self-motivated, and willing to learn.

? Have strong verbal and written communication skills.

? Have excellent attendance.

? Be available to work overtime when necessary.
