We are looking for a Supervisor who can lead our 2nd Shift team.? Our account is with a major Automobile Manufacturer in the area.? Our supervisor position?s have the promotion potential to lead to Manager Assignments, within Premier.

?

The successful candidate for this position will have the following:

?

?????? Experience in manufacturing Paint Shop Operations.

?????? Experience in Facility Housekeeping Operations, a plus.

?????? Good leadership and management skills.

?????? Experience working in a union environment.

?????? Customer Service experience.

?????? Possess a sense of urgency.

?????? Works well under pressure.

?

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

?

????????? Maintains relationships with customers and effectively manages service delivery of existing business.

????????? Actively participates in the customers? business initiatives and develops and implements plans to meet customer needs and expectations.

????????? Adjusts processes and resources to meet changing customer requirements.

????????? Operates within the Premier System to drive processes and resources to meet changing customer requirements.?

????????? Focuses on resource utilization, performance improvement, measurement and audit.

????????? Effectively communicates necessary information and status updates to the Facility Manager.? Participates in meetings and walk-through with Facility Manager and/or the Customer.????

????????? Produces all required reporting for both internal and customer needs.

????????? Provides leadership, support and knowledge to other employees to assist in early problem identification and problem solving.?? Transfers technical operational knowledge to encourage better decision-making. ?Delegates appropriately.

????????? Ensures compliance with applicable laws in the countries, states and communities in which we operate.

????????? Perform other duties as assigned or as may be necessary.

Physical Requirements: ?The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the key actions of job.

????????? The employee is also required to talk and/or hear in an industrial setting (noise level is moderate). The employee is frequently required to stand and walk on concrete surface from 4-8 hours. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.??

????????? Vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception and adjust focus.
