One of our clients in Phoenix, AZ area is looking for (3-4) Sr. PeopleSoft Business Analysts. The ideal candidate must have good experience with the ERP Systems.

Must have hands on experience with different Financial Modules and have strong analytical skills. Must be a good team player and must have the good communication/people Skills.

Skills:

Must have good PeopleSoft Financial Modules( AP, GL, AR, Billing) experience.Excellent Business Analysis skills and the ability to effectively organize and plan to meet both short and longer range goals and objectives. Individual contributor, who provides Business Analyst process support, participates in building project standards, support processes, and tools. Manages relationships and acts as liaison between(my client) functional teams, Client business unit leadership, and other stakeholders throughout the project cycle.
Conducts internal / external research on business, best practices, and develops recommendations for an implementation approach and methodology for execution of the to be business strategy.
Participates building the Final Project report and related deliverables. May participate in development of business requirements to support continuous improvement, project management capabilities. Requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with peers and Client management with proven expertise in fostering teams.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office suite and other business related software systems. PeopleSoft functional process documentation experience in Financial Modules is required.
Ability to communicate effectively across all levels within an organization Demonstrate the ability to document business processes utilizing swim lane diagramming techniques
