Press Superintendent -3 Openings

Company is currently searching for 3 Press Superintendents at 3 of their Midwest locations. RELOCATION PROGRAM IS PROVIDED.  This individual is responsible to lead a team of Production Press Supervisors at the plant, coordinating multi-department work schedules, volume and completion priorities. The Superinendent provides labor relations and intervention needs, while assisting with Human Resources initiatives and implementing change programs to meet strategic and operational needs.

Reponsibilities:
- Leads Production Supervisors by training, coaching and performance appraisal.
- Guides design, implementation and verification of programs, projects and services.
- Establishes multi-department workload, allocates resources and evaluates results.
- Implements change management proposals, including oversight of project activities.
- Manages multiple budgets. Determines and approves expenditures. Utilizes capital.
- May serve as cross-functional expert in cost reduction, quality improvement and efficiency
- Assures compliance with federal, state, local and corporate governance policies, regulations and laws. Assists with the creation of acceptable standards in Finance.

Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent experience, such as tool and die journeyman.
- Masters degree in Engineering / Business Administration preferred.
- Detailed knowledge of presses, manufacturing processes, product designs, safety, quality and workflows.
- General understanding of labor relations, union management and collective bargaining.
