Your job will involve working within the Product Development segment of Transaction Products, specifically in the Product Strategy area. You will assist with the development of sales communications (internal and external) for Transaction Products with a specific focus on Equity Structured Products, including primary responsibility when so designated. You will support the new structured product deal process and create internal and external sales presentations and presentation materials. You will create strategy sheets and other sales materials, interface with product desks and sales force and coordinate and implement the review and approval process (from management, compliance and legal). Collaboration is critical to the success of this role. You will work closely with members of other business groups including MSD, Legal/Compliance and National Sales.
Basic Qualifications
You are a professional with a Bachelors degree, your Series 7 license, and a willingness to take and pass Series 24 (General Securities Principal). You have general market knowledge for all or some of the following: equities, taxable and municipal fixed income and/or foreign exchange. You have excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal and you are highly organized and detail oriented. You possess strong project management skills, with the ability to assemble and execute all tasks in order to meet deadlines/deliverables. Additionally, you are experienced in working with Excel, PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with structured products a plus.
